Schindler's List / Penance! Penance! Penance!

God speaks to us in many ways, leading us to who we are truly supposed to be.  Most people, push away the harder, more eternal truths because frankly, they are quite terrifying.  God is far more terrifying than the devil ever thought about being.  Most people are like the German's that lived around the Death Camps during WWII, vaguely aware of what the real truth is, but pushing it away because it would interfere with their everyday lives and security.  People hate change and few will embrace it even for themselves, nevertheless for the good of another.   But some will, even at great risk to themselves.  These brave souls are needed even today.

You see, what happened in Schindler's list is happening even today, but in a way that most people do not perceive.

Today we have many souls that are on the road to eternal suffering.  They are blinded by the world and the devil, made quite comfortable in their sins so that they would never even consider changing anything.  "Why change?  I am comfortable, well fed, warm, and entertained now.   I have the sex I want, regardless of marriage of myself or my partner or their gender or perhaps them being even to young to consent.  Who cares what God says, my desire is all I care about. "

These are the "demon pillows",  for they make the sinner comfortable in every sin that keeps them from God and in the devil's territory.  God sends them messengers to call them to repentance and penance, but they push it away because everything is so pleasant where they are now.  They think it will never change.

They can smell the death pouring from the chimney next door, and knows it signals death, but they close the windows and the blinds, and spray scent to shoo away the 'unpleasantness'.   Surely that can't be for me, they say,  that is not meant for me, that is meant for others.  Do they make their own hearts beat? Do they will the next breath of life in their lungs?  They have no concern for their own mortality.

When a soul is deep in the devils trap the devil's constant whisper is, "All is well."   This is what the Germans told those getting off the trains, "All is well, work hard, do everything we tell you and all will be well."   The devil is a liar, the only true safety is in God.

Few will be brave and break free of this comfort and seek after a state of grace so that they may enter into eternal joy.  We have a shadow of this eternal joy in the Holy Mass.  In the Holy Mass you are the closest you can be to the throne of God and your own judgement that anyone can be while you are still in the flesh.

Do you think you are going to heaven?  You should tremble at the idea of your own  judgment.  Our judgement is a fearful thing, even if we are a Saint.  Have you forgotten that even the great Saint Faustina of the Divine Mercy was shown that if she had died when Jesus had shown her her own judgement that she would have had to spend 1 day in Purgatory?
"You are guilty of one day of fire in PURGATORY" (Diary 36).

What did Jesus teach himself?  "No, I say to you: but unless you shall do penance, you shall all likewise perish." (Luke 13:3)

The Third Secret of Fatima:
"We saw an Angel with a flaming sword in his left hand; flashing, it gave out flames that looked as though they would set the world on fire; but they died out in contact with the splendour that Our Lady radiated towards him from her right hand: pointing to the earth with his right hand, the Angel cried out in a loud voice: ‘Penance, Penance, Penance!'"

Brave souls will ponder my words and seek God to know the true state of their soul.  Hopefully with this knowledge they will seek again to do all things as God ordered out of love for Him.  To return to Him and His friendship.

Hero souls will hear my words, and like Oskar Schindler will look around and see the loss of so many souls and weep.  Then, after taking the steps of the brave souls and becoming friends again with God, they will then sacrifice everything they have for the salvation of another, seeking God's mercy for that soul, no matter the cost to themselves.

Never forget, souls fall in to hell by their own free will.  This final prison will never see those that enter it ever come out.  They will never rest, nor know any peace or comfort again, but the greatest suffering...for all eternity.  Be a hero, petition God for the living who are in the greatest sin, seeking nothing for yourself.  God desires to hear the prayers of the righteous and do the will of the holy souls that seeks nothing for themselves, but out of love for God alone seeks the good of another.

Like Oskar Schindler when he was taking his Jews out of Auschwitz and was putting them on the train, he looked around and saw those that he could not save.  He saw those that were going to the gas chambers.  This is the sad reality of eternity.  We must strive to seek the salvation of as many lost souls that we can, but there are souls that by their own desires will not be saved.  There are some souls that will never turn to God no matter how many opportunities they have been given.   This is the mystery and terrifying aspect of the gift of free will.

But when we breathe our last, we must have the comfort to know that we did everything we could in our prayers, petitions, and penances to God for those with the blackest of hearts.

Be hidden, love Him, trust Him, do not fear, do not run, and never, never quit.

Legions of Angels Will Defend You

St. Michael the Archangel
The average person has one guardian angel, they can have more as needed, but most of the time, one is more than sufficient to protect the soul because of the strength of the least angel in the Kingdom of God can defend the soul against many many demons.  This is in accordance with the free will of the person being defended.

The free will of the soul fighting off the evil forces is the key to whether the Angel can be effective to provide God's protection and guidance, because if God will not take back His gift of free will to man, then the Angels certainly can not go against man's God given free will, even if that free will is to reject the Creator.

The Warrior on the other hand, can call upon a Legion of Angels if needed.   The reason for this, is that the average person, whether they are Christian or not does not delve in the battlefield that the Warrior has been given and takes by choice.  The Warrior's fight is for the salvation of souls and to plead to the Father for the salvation of others.

Because Warriors seek by the grace of God to take the blackest souls directly from the demon's grasp, the Warriors are high on the devil's hit list.   This is why the Warriors, can, at God's discretion, ask for a Legion's protection.  Every night before the Warrior sleeps, he or she should cross themselves with holy water, and ask God to send an angel to stand guard outside the doors and windows of the home.

With great love for God and for the souls that God loves, even the most lost soul, the Warrior takes the battlefield of the Cross and pleads at the bottom of the Cross with Jesus hanging in his suffering with the blood pouring from Him.  The Cross of Christ, as is all of His life, Passion, and Resurrection are moments that are NOT in the past, they are NOW.

The eternal God took flesh, and gave us a permanent oblation of His life, Suffering, Crucifixion, Death, and Resurrection that is not placed in the past but the eternal NOW.    When God who is eternal touched the earth by becoming the Holy God Man, even though His flesh was subject to time, He DIVINITY was NOT, and as such as He was equally Man and Equally God, then we have the God given gift of pleading EVERY MOMENT OF THE LIFE OF JESUS for the salvation of one is lost.

Jesus was our offering to God, so offer to the Father every moment of His life and plead to the Father through the Son for the salvation of the lost.

Offer to the Father the infancy of our Lord Jesus Christ for those about to be aborted, and plead for the conversion of the heart of the Mother to a heart like His Mother's.

Offer to the Father the childhood of our Lord Jesus Christ for those who are physically abused as children and plead to God for the conversion of the abusers.

Offer to the Father the teenage years of our Lord Jesus Christ for those teenagers who face a world that does not seem to know God anymore.

Offer to the Father the early years of our Lord Jesus Christ for those who struggle with the loss of a Parent, (He lost Joseph), for those trying to learn a trade or looking for a job, (Jesus had to work to support His Mother)

Offer to the Father the last day that Jesus was in His Mother's home, and their goodbye to each other before He would start His ministry.  Offer this to the Father for parents who have to say goodbye to children by separation, death or other means.

We must never forget that God is a very efficient God, and nothing He did on the Earth was wasted.  Every step, every breath, everything He did had a purpose geared toward our salvation.

Connecting to Heaven

As a Mathematician I have a great hunger for knowledge.  I seek knowledge in Mathematics like a bulldog would, I dig in, latch on, and don't let go until I have what I want.  Because this is the method I have used to acquire knowledge, it was no surprise that I would employ these same techniques when it came to seeking after God.

It is written, "there is no one who seeks God", well I did.  I went after God, and sought Him diligently and by God's grace I will tell what I found.

1.  God exists, and is very real and is an eternally Holy, and is eternally just.   Although there will be no direct scientific proof of Him, because He is the author of creation and is not bound to be subject to the criteria of proof required to prove 'existence' .  God does give evidence of Him being the author of all life and creation, but men push it away as a natural occurrence, a fluke or a coincidence.  There is no such thing.  Natural occurrence, fluke or coincidence are only aspects of the mystery of "God Allowing."  God is  "I Am"....He IS existence.

Human beings experience 'reality' in relation to time and sensation, God is not bound to these constraints.  As we were created by an Eternal God, the eternity that is our destiny was placed in our hearts and despite all our limitations in a fleshly state, we can rise above the groans and demands of the flesh and seek the truth of an Eternal existence that is not waiting for us when we die, but that we are a part of right now.

If we are in Eternity right now, then our thoughts, actions, and words will have eternal consequences.  Whatever we say, do, or think, God remembers for all eternity, and if our actions are sinful and not repented of, they may require an eternal consequence.  Do not think that because you flesh lives a short life, that you can do what you please and tread on the Honor of God for your own desires.  For some will come to their deathbed in such a horrible state of mortal sin, that only the hands of a Priest giving the Anointing of the Sick can turn God's wrath from their eternal damnation.

2.  As God loves those He has given life, God has given his creation a means of piercing the veil that separates life from death and perceiving, at least in part, the eternal reality that awaits those that will diligently seek Him.   Yes, we can perceive Heaven, even while we are in the flesh.

3.  The most powerful methods given to man to gain access to the heavenly realm are:
      i) The Holy Mass with frequent Holy Communion
      ii) The Holy Rosary
      iii) Confession and Penance
      iv) Holy Scriptures

The two most 'portable' methods of these being the Holy Rosary and Holy Scriptures.

The Holy Rosary is the best portable method of purification of a soul in order to gain access to the Heavenly Realm, as God allows.  We can have access to praying a Rosary when reading scriptures would not be feasible.

4.  Gaining access to heaven isn't about what you do, or how many times it is done, but about what your heart does.  There is no list of how many prayers it takes to get into heaven.  St. Michael will not be looking at your excel spreadsheet of prayers to see if they were completed, but he will take you heart and weigh it in it's love for others.   How much did you truly love and pour yourself out for others, even to your last breath.    In one scale, will be your heart, in the other will be the Cross of our Lord.  Your heart will be weighed against the Passion of our Lord, and His sacrifice.   If you understood this, you would be terrified.

5.  The Holy Rosary is for purification and petition, but the Holy Mass is where the Heaven's are first opened for us.  This was not something that happened instantly, I had been a great sinner, and had to go through several years of purification before I attained this perception, as God wills it.  But I can tell you, when the Heaven's Open during the Holy Mass, we have access to the Throne of God for our petitions for others.  (You only get to this level, if you have truly humbled yourself before God, sought nothing for self, and petition God for the good of another, seeking no acclaim or attention.)

I have seen the Saints in heaven observing the Holy Mass being celebrated on Earth, and how happy they are!  When you perceive God in this way, you are given what a victory the Holy Mass is on the Earth and how it was a gift from God to man.  Not just Catholics, but every soul on the Earth benefits from each and every Holy Mass that is said, and many souls in Purgatory are released to the beatific vision of God.

6.  As God allows, depending on the state of your heart and soul to God, He may allow you access to the Throne of God for your petitions outside of the Holy Mass.  Yes, God can do that, and I didn't even realize I was seeking this connection outside of Holy Mass until God showed me what I was doing.

We in the flesh are very limited, so God gives us each and every person that we encounter in our lives, no matter how insignificant that encounter.   Your children and family are a gift from God, but also is the woman that cut you off in traffic.  God gave her to YOU and He showed you that she is in a potentially dangerous state, and made sure you didn't forget her.  (Wouldn't you come home and complain about being cut off!  You remembered her!!)  There are NO coincidences, and no accidents.

After encountering an older gentleman that God gave to me for prayer,  I looked up to heaven and petitioned God for this soul as if I was with him before his Judgement.  Instead of just praying for the soul, I go the extra mile and seek to be present at the souls Judgement and petition God for them.   I seek the Throne of God, the Judgement seat of Christ, and before the Cross, I kneel with this soul and petition God to be merciful for his or her sins.

If the man is still alive, how can I do this? Because we are bound by time, God is not.  God is ever present in a state of eternal "now", with all things before Him constantly with an eternal and perfect knowledge whether the knowledge is from the past or the future.    This perfect knowledge in eternity in no way hinders man's free will to direct his future even though that future is already known by an eternal, loving and perfectly just God.   Even though this man is still living, God is in some sense of eternity presiding at this man's judgement, and He was given to me to be one that pleads for him before the Throne of God.  I have a level of faith that knows that God, if He wills, can allow me to plead at this man's Judgement even though this man is yet still in the flesh.

If we are going to seek after God we must realize that because of our sinful nature, He is not like us, but as He wills, we can become more like Him.  We must seek to understand the truth of God's reality and seek to perceive this reality to attain the salvation of others.

One of the best ways to do this is also to constantly remind God, "Nothing is impossible to you, if you will it."  But know God is not mocked, He knows even the deepest secrets of your hearts, so if your intention is not pure, you will attain nothing without a heart directed for others that allows you to be properly dressed for the wedding feast.

God desires ALL  to seek Him.  The Saints have all had this access to the Throne of God, and the one's that did most obviously, where very devoted to the most Holy Rosary.

GO AFTER HIM...and Godspeed.

St. Gemma praying, looking to Heaven.
St. Gemma's prayer as a child was “Holy Virgin, make me a Saint.” During this time she often said the whole fifteen decades of the Rosary on her knees in the evening after her return from school and she also began to use penances and to rise in the night to pray. -

Where Does Evil Come From?

Where does Evil Come From?

In the beginning God Said, "Let there be light."  And there was light.  God creates with His word, and when He gave the angels free will He also gave them this ability to create out of their words, although to a much lesser degree.

God is all good, there is no darkness in Him.  However, having infinite knowledge of all of His creation, He knew of evil as a concept (because God knows all things), but at this time evil only existed in the mind of God as a concept, a potentiality.  When he gave the angels free will they two had a knowledge of what rebellion was, and again evil was just a concept.  This knowledge was given for otherwise their will would not be free because they would have no other choice but the good God.  To truly choose God freely, they were given knowledge of "another way" and the fearful freedom to choose.  Again, this was only a concept in the mind of God and the angels, at this time evil did not yet exist.

God did not create evil, even though He knew about it.  By his pride and arrogance when Lucifer rebelled against God, his words were, "I will not serve."  Lucifer spoke rebellion and evil into existence by these words. (This is why obedience of mind and heart is such a powerful weapon against the evil one.)  Rebellion and all that is evil is the sole creation of the evil one.

Then Michael the Archangel spoke, "Micha'el! Micha'el!" or "Who is Like God!"  By this St. Michael spoke in defense of God out of love for God.  He had no fear of what the other angels would think!  By the power of God, Saint Michael was given the voice that would cast Satan out of Heaven.  By the words of Saint Michael every faithful angel in heaven was put to our defense if we would so call upon them.  These angels would protect and defend God's creation in complete obedience to God, which includes us.

This is why when Jesus encountered demons, the first thing He ever said to them was, "BE SILENT"  He was taking away the demon's power to create any more destruction by his speech.  First He silenced them, then He expelled them.

Didn't Jesus warn us about our speech?  "It is not what enters one’s mouth that defiles that person; but what comes out of the mouth is what defiles one."  Matthew 15: 11

Think about that.  What comes out of our mouth, if evil, defiles us.   Of course it does! Isn't that what happened to Lucifer?  He spoke rebellion, and by doing so, his heart and his whole being was made evil by his speech.  He didn't become 'partially' evil, no, he was made wholly evil and no part of him could remain in heaven.  All of this from just four words..."I will not serve."

What do you speak?  Do you curse regularly?  Do you laugh and joke when something bad happens to someone that you know, delighting in someone else's misery?  Or do you gleefully tell everyone around you someone else's misgivings.   We must be VERY CAREFUL with what we speak.   Speech is to inform, encourage, uplift and instruct...doesn't that sound like what Jesus did?

We will reap every word that we have sown in our lives, whether evil or good.  One of the greatest evils one can speak is to deny God's existence or destroy someone's faith by your words.   Some of the greatest good that you can do with words is to teach the Gospel and/or seek forgiveness from God.  (The Act of Contrition in the Confessional is done with speech ~ not silently.)

We should never be afraid of what is evil, God has all power over any evil.  Evil was not within his range of creation, but it is always within His domain to hinder or stop it according to His will, our faith, prayer*, and of course His mercy.

*This is also why spoken prayer can be so powerful.

Free Will, Heaven and Hell

Do we ever consider the gift that God has given to us in our free will? We take it for granted, this freedom to choose or not choose the divine will for us.  For if we truly understood the freedom of will that has been given to us, and the perils within, we would tremble so much that we could hardly draw breath.

We take it for granted that we can do what we wish, but do we truly understand that the gift of free will last only while we live on the earth? When we die, we will  have to give an account of the gift of free will and how we have or have not conformed our will to God.  This is why God sends no one to hell, exercising our free will on the earth does.  When at death our free will is sealed, stopped, we, and our will are then presented before God.  Now we are overshadowed by God's will for the judgement for it is God's will alone that determines the placing of the soul in God's kingdom.  Do not be deceived, God will give you the desires of your heart and will.  The fruits of your free will exercised on the earth will either merit you heaven or hell.   In light of the holiness of our God, whose will is perfect, whose justice is perfect, He will show us our will in the light of His good will and His perfect justice.  In this light you will be in 100% agreement of the sentence you will receive.

This is why many are lost, many fall into hell because use of their free will that God has given them will condemn them.  What makes me tremble is that today, although I beg God to conform my will to His, this is one prayer that He will never grant.  He will never take away my free will no matter how much I beg Him too, therefore, I am in danger daily of losing my own salvation, and this makes me tremble greatly. Tremble, be fearful for your salvation daily and you will save your soul, for our God is great and perfect, and pray that when you come before the judgement seat of God that your will is close to His own will for you.
